Starting Sept. 11, online registration will be closed. Participants will need to register at one of the four starting locations on Walk day. Please visit the Route Information page to learn about check in and starting times, and to find information about directions and parking.
Event Updates:
- Online registration is now closed. Please register on Walk day at any of the starting locations. Please note the registration fee is $40 on Walk weekend.
- Due to planned construction at Wellesley High School, the start and finish line previously located at Wellesley High School will be relocated to Babson College. Participants walking the second half of the route to Boston will start at Babson, and those walking the first half will finish at Babson.
- There will be no Pasta Dinner this year due to construction at Wellesley High School.
- Early Check-in will be at Babson College from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 12. You will be able to park in the Knight Lot on Babson?s Campus for Early-Check in.
- Parking for the Babson to Boston 13.1-mile route is located at the Riverside MBTA Station, and shuttles will transport walkers to the starting area. Parking will not be available on the Babson College campus or in the surrounding neighborhoods on Walk Day, Sunday, Sept. 13. The Babson and Wellesley Police Departments will be enforcing these parking rules, so please note that any illegally parked vehicles are likely to be towed.
- Hopkinton to Boston walkers need not undertake the 2-mile detour to Babson College.
- Lunch will be provided for 26.2-mile Walkers at Refueling Station #6 in Wellesley.
- Lunch will be provided for Hopkinton to Babson walkers upon finishing at Babson College.
- A team meeting area will be located along the course at the first station for walkers doing the Babson to Boston 13.1-mile route (Refueling Station #7) where 26.2 mile walkers can meet up with their teammates entering the course form Babson College.
- A photographer will be at the team meeting area at Refueling Station #7 or the Copley Square Finish Line to take your team?s official photo.
- The 3-Mile start returns to the Dana-Farber campus! The 3-Mile start will once again be held back home on Binney St. Parking for the Dana-Farber 3-mile Start will be available in the garage at 375 Longwood Ave. Parking will not be available in the Dana or Smith garages as they will be closed on Walk day.

Starting Line Information:
At each start location you will be able to do the following:
- Pick up your bib number and/or event T-shirt if you have not already received one
- Turn in any collected fundraising money in an envelope with your name, address, and walker ID number (do not enclose cash). Click here for details about what to do if you have collected cash
- Meet up with other walkers, team members, and friends
- Enjoy complimentary food, beverages, and entertainment
- Visit Route Information for details on each of the locations
Finish Line Information:
At both the Babson College and Copley finish areas, participants will:
- Receive a commemorative 2009 Walk medal
- Have the opportunity to gather for a team photo
- Enjoy food, entertainment, and fun
- Access shuttle buses that will transport them back to their parking location
Babson College:
Due to construction at Wellesley High School we will be moving the Hopkinton to Wellesley 13.1 Route finish to Babson College.
Copley Square:
The Copley Square Finish line is a great place to celebrate the end of your Walk! Plenty of relaxation, refreshments, and entertainment will be available for all walkers.
